of OMG muffins

So I was rather bored on a friday night. Plus I'm on MC so I decided to bake muffins from scratch. FYI, I did try baking apple cinnamon ones before at Christmas and they turned out sort of ok but..

OMG these chocolate ones turn out amazing lah! Just look at the finished muffins below Oiishi-des!

I figured how hard can it be? I had the recipe from mom so just dump loads of cocoa powder and choc chunks in it right? And this is how the batter turns out..

Haha sad to say it kinda looks like shit before going in..

Then 10 mins later in the oven and they popped right up..

Haha 25 mins later and they look like super yummy muffins. Haha I'm so pleased with myself lah..

Yes, this was a narcissistic, self congratulatory clap-on-the-back kinda post. But whatever~
